A Message From Your Osteopaths

Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Dellus and I'm the principal osteopath at The Harmony Pain Relief & Injury Clinic.
I completed a four year honours degree in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy in London, which is the leading osteopathic college in Europe. In addition, I have a certification as a level one Crossfit instructor, delivering fitness that is broad, general and inclusive by design.
After several severe rugby injuries, I was treated by an osteopath and decided to become one myself. Impressed by how each osteopathic treatment had helped me, I decided with the enthusiasm of a convert that others should benefit too. I use a largely structural osteopathic approach to patients, but combine cranial osteopathy where appropriate.
Lara Schweidler

Lara also qualified from The British School of Osteopathy in London. She combines a structural and cranial approach to treatment for patients of all ages. Lara has a special interest in treating pre and post natal women and treating children.
Prior to studying osteopathy she competed to a high level in athletics as well as equine events. Lara is also certified level one Crossfit instructor and enjoys keeping fit and horse riding.
At the Harmony Pain Relief & Injury Clinic, almost anyone can benefit from osteopathic care. We like to deal with health, which to an osteopath, is an optimum ability to prevent, recover and correct injuries. After gaining experience working in specialist clinics, we treat professional people, manual workers, as well as office staff. This ranges from dancers, keep fit enthusiasts, rugby players, golfers, expectant mothers, boxers, gardeners, elderly and many other people from different walks of life.
